Using an SRV record for CUCM -> AD Authentication

Any thoughts on using a single SRV entry for CUCM LDAP Server and LDAP Authentication entries versus redundant hostname/IP entries?

The enter a "hostname or IP address for server" language suggests that SRVs would not be supported, but I have to ask.

You need to use the Hostname or IP address of the LDAP server. There is no option of SRV. 

LDAP Server Information
Host Name or IP Address for Server	Enter the host name or IP address of the server where the data for this LDAP directory resides.
