Utils DBreplication Runtimestate Wrong Status CUCM 12.5

Hi guys.

Have you ever seen the (4) Setup Completed again int the past? It should only be (2) Setup Completed

Does anyone know something about this?

4 means dropped - does the dbreplication status report all connected and replication good?
