I am working with a client that has a Call Manager 8.6 cluster, with Unity Connection 8.6, Contact Center Express 8.5 and Emergency Responder 8.6. They are wondering if there is any way they could uce Unity Connection or any of their other Cisco Applications to perform automated wake up calls in the hotel the own. This is the only thing holding them back from ripping out the old Nortel system in the hotel and expanding their Cisco Phone system.

There is nothing really built in these apps to do that easily, but there are plenty of 3rd party solution that integrate with CUCM for hospitality market. Novotek comes to mind.
