WebEx Update cisco-webex-meetings-server-2.8.1.3064.B.iso canot be validated

Hello,

I update Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.8MR2 to 2.8MR3. After connecting the ISO image to VMware and running the update, a validation error occurs. The MD5 Checksum ISO image is OK.

Some idea?

Same here: We a running 2.8.1.2039 (2.8MR2), validation of 2.8.1.3064 (2.8MR3) fails. Have you already filed a service request for this? Or did you find a resolution?

Hi Guys,

as simple as ever i opened a tac case and the support aplied a update_fix script via cli and winscp.

Now the update is working.

the webex session need less then 10 Minutes.
