What is best single server to support below configuration ? Is UCS C 460 best to support 25 cores on single server ?

Hello,

While this is probably more of a sales related question based on the physical storage requirements you are going to have to stick with C series rack-mount server but as far as the CPU core count, RAM and vNIC requirements you should be able to accomplish that with a C420 M3 or C460 M4 hardware.

The spec sheets for the specific server models are going to be the easiest way to check the information you are looking for.
