To connect two FI 6248UP i can connect them with cross-connect ports ?
if i will buy two FI 6248UP with existing two FI6248UP can i connect them with SFP+ ports like twinax cable ?

Not sure I understand you question ! you cannot scale up the UCS FI's, connecting FI to another FI ?? Per UCS domain, you can only have 2 FI's !
