Add VLAN to uplink manager during HX cluster creation

I'm building a new HX cluster into my production environment which consists of a new management VLAN id. Currently my FI should be using disjointed layer 2 because I have fixed the port channel group to carry certain VLAN only. So with this, may I know when is the good time to add this new VLAN ID into my uplink port channel?

After my cluster deployment done or once the VLAN is populated by HXDP wizard then add it immediately? Just worry it will throw an error to me if it can't ping the esxi host with new VLAN id later.

Let the HX installer create the VLAN in UCSM.
During the HX install and after the VLAN is seen in UCSM, then configure the Disjoint Layer 2 to put that new VLAN on the correct uplink.

Worst case if the install can't access ESXi it should stop there to let you fix the config and [retry].
