Adding QoS after creating profile

Hi.

Firstly, I have created service profile with using updating vNIC template with default QoS policy. This service profile is using for VMware vSphere hypervisor.

Then, I have set up new QoS policy with using other QoS Class. I have set up Rate limit in this new QoS policy. I am using iperf for testing network throughput. Rate limit doesn't work. QoS policy doesn't work.

Few month ago I did the same. Rate Limit worked after recreate service profile with specifying earlier created QoS Policy.

What can I do for work rate limit without recreating service profile now?

hanks. And sorry for my English.

Greetings.

On your original service profile, the VNIC is where the actual QOS policies are applied.

Did you manually create the VNICs in each service profile, or are you using service profile templates, vnic templates, etc?  Wanted to confirm your service profile, and more specifically the vnic actually got updated to reflect the new qos policy...

Thanks,

Kirk...

I created the service profile from updating service profile template. I used updating vnic templates in the service profile template, etc.

I am supposing if I using updating template then my changes in QoS policy reflect to the service profile. But I see other.
