B200 M4 drive not detected

there is a drive, however its not being detected. the green drive light is on however, and the error light is not. This time, i am using a drive that is indeed on the list of supported drives

I have tried changing slots, it has been rebooted and allowed to fully complete POST testing, however it just refuses to be detected. The drive reports no errors
