C210 M2 Server

In my C210 M2 server under the Fault Summary I have a critical alert that says "Equipment-inoperable" CATER_N: A Catastrophic fault has occurred one of the processors.

Any suggestions on this error code should I open a TAC case?

Hi Mark,

CATER usually refers to a hardware failure. However, I know some customers are not able to upload the logs (which would give us a better idea of the issue at hand). If you have security concerns regarding that I would suggest to open a TAC case regarding this issue.
