Your System Event Logs (SEL) on the C210 are full. You probably haven't configured a syslog/SEL backup policy. Clear the SEL logs from your CIMC -> Server tab -> System Event Log - > Clear Log and this error should go away.

This is the System Event log. it will not clear automatically and will need to be cleared manually. This can be done in the C210 CIMC.
