Hi All,
I`ll have to perform a disk/raid expansion and I am trying to figure out how to map my physical to logical. I have 3 pairs RAID 1 each all same size but I will only be expanding one of the pairs.
Process from intel on Move a RAID 1 Volume to Larger hard drive seems straight forward but I want to make sure I pull out the correct drive that corresponds to the windows (logical) unit I intend to increase space on.
As anyone done that before? Looked via CIMC and there isnt a way there that I could find.
Thanks in advance

The CIMC is going to show you the drive model #s and serial #s if you have a SAS controller like UCSC-RAID-220M6 or SAS HBA.
If you have these connected to the onboard/PCH Interposer controller, then you would only see drive information at boot/POST time.
I would check windows device Mgr and see if it lists the serial #s of the drives.
It would be helpful to know what specific controller your drives are connected to.

@Kirk Jsorry about my lack of info in the first post.
Here is a print from CIMC;
I can see all SNs to the right of my last screenshot.
