I've got a C220M3 which is reporting four DIMM slots as Disabled (or Ignored/Disabled depending on where you look)
I've moved DIMMs around, and the fault stays with the same slots. As the memory controllers nowadays are on the CPU, I assume the CPU is unwell and needs replacing?

The memory controllers are on the CPU, but the CPUs are rarely the issue. It is more likely an issue with the systemboard.
When you swapped DIMMs, was it from the other CPU DIMM banks?
Thanks,

You're going to want to open a case with TAC for that.
