C240 M4 Current Password does not match

Hello.  I have 2x C240 M4 servers that I was originally able to hit F8 on boot, and reset the CIMC back to defaults.  Now, if I try to get back in through pressing F8 to configure the IP, it is asking for the current password and then setting a new password.  I have tried both "password" and "Cisco1234" with no luck.  

I booted to the HUU through a DVD and tried to restore CIMC defaults via that way, and it still prompts me for the current password.  

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Appreciate any help.

I appreciate the help Leo, but none of those workarounds work.  When I press F8, it immediately prompts me for the current password.  I've tried Cisco1234 and password, and neither work. The IP address is set to 0.0.0.0 so I cannot do workaround #3. 

Any other options?
