Can't browse my UCS Manager in the web browser

I can't broswer the Cluster IP in my browser after installing UCS Manager in the VMware in Windows 10

Can you ping the cluster IP ?

ssh to a FI and then "show cluster st", post the output

which browser ?

which java version ?

Thanks for your response, Here is the Details.

Ova version:UCSPE_3.0.2cPE1

Operating System:Windows 10

Cluster IP:192.168.230.135

Here is the results i can show after i deploy the ova file. The screenshots has been attached below
