I have a UCS C240 M4S box with 2 1.8 TB SSD drive.
CIMC firmware version is C240M4.2.0.13d.0.0812161132
CIMC storage controller is Cisco 12G Modular SAS Pass-through Controller UCSC-PSAS12GHBA (1.58-0)
I have configured boot order 1. virtual media . 2 Local HDD (Slot = HBA)
I have set Configured Boot Mode = UEFI
However, during boot although the hard drives are detected but system cannot find boot device.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You will want to follow the steps here to setup the BIOS for UEFI:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/hw/C240M4/install/C240M4/replace.html
You are correct, 4K drive sector size requires UEFI boot.

Are you using the internal SSD or the front facing SSD drives. With the internal SSD, you need to use AHCI mode:

I am using front facing SSD.

Okay, are you using 4K drives? Have you tried using legacy mode vs UEFI or do you have a requirement to use UEFI?
Did you create a virtual drive in CIMC or Webbios?
When the server boots, you should see "X number of virtual drives handled by the BIOS". What does this read? If you can post some screen captures of the outputs when the server boots, that would be helpful.

Thanks for replying.
I dont have requirements to for UEFI but I found that my driver have 4K blocks
as I saw this message when I tried to setup one physical drive as boot drive. "cannot set 4K native block size drives to boot device"
I dont have any option from CIMC UI to create virtual drives.
When I see boot up screens it shows the physical drives but does not see anything like "X number of virtual drives handled..."
I can see
No Int 13 drives found
BIOS not Installed!
right after it displays the drive's information
screen-shot attached.
