Cisco B200-M4 Blade Server, crashing during the boot.

Hello everyone!

There is a Cisco UCS B200-M4 Blade server in our data center that crashes during its boot attempt constantly. When the server crashed first time while the installed OS (Windows Server 2012 R2) was updating over the system, We had the motherboard changed by Cisco. After the change, the same crashes continued to reboot the server. This time, we had seen that The server can't even load the operating system but crashes after a while. Later, We had the CPU changed by Cisco and the same problems remain. We have made diagnostic tests in order to see what is up and the diagnostic tests passed without any warnings.

What could be the problem of our server ? How can we get over this issue ?

Thanks.

Cem,

It does not appears that this issue is related to hardware. When you say it is "crashing" is it giving you a BSOD? Do you have other servers with the same hardware/software configuration that are working without issue?

Hello Wesley,

Thank you for replying.

Yes other servers have the same hardware/software configuration.

While the OS was getting updated, it gave us BSOD that is related to WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. After the motherboard change, The server wasn't even able to load the OS but reboots.

Thanks.
