Cisco HX240c M5 HyperFlex Node Error Power supply

My power supply is showing amber. Please help me find a solution.

Looks like that PSU fan is struggling to spin in the video.

I would:

  1. Collect CIMC logs.
  2. Physically reseat the bottom PSU.
  3. Check if fan is spinning/not-spinning after reseat.
  4. Collect CIMC logs.
  5. If fan is not spinning (or struggling to spin like that video shows), then open a TAC case for an RMA.

@thait01 , hi, you can login to the hx and confirm the alerts for power supply. 

1. make sure your power source providing the power

2. try re-seat the power cable

if error continues, open a TAC Case. they will normally ask  to re-seat the power supply in server if there is no abnormal issues in logs or if there is any faulty indications in server, they advice next steps.
