Hi Praveen,
It looks like you are hitting the following bug CSCty04686
Add MAC OUI "002a6a", "8c604f", "00defb" for 5k/UCS-FI
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCty04686
To fix this issue you will have to upgrade your MDS switch to the 5.28 release. The root cause of this issue is that the OUI id 002a6a is not present in the file system for the current version of software that your MDS is running.

Hello Praveen,
Please provide basic necessary info to help you out.
Is trunking enabled on FI ?
Does MDS 9148 supports f-port-channel ? If yes, have you enabled f-port-channel-trunk feature on it ?
Software version on MDS ?
Have you correctly configured the VSANs ?
Please share " show run int " output from both FI and MDS devices.

Hi Praveen,
Have you tried bringing the individual interfaces up on the MDS and UCS?
Can you provide the mac adress of one of the interfaces on the fabric interconnect?
you can get this by runnin the following commands:
F_A# connect nxos
F_A(nxos)# show interface ethernet 1/1 | in Hardware
What software version is your MDS switch running?
