Hi Everyone,
I've been going back and forth with this, and Cisco's verbiage is pretty vague. I was hoping someone here could help clarify.
I don’t know if there’s a difference between Cisco approved OEM dimms (with or without a Cisco label) and something that shows up on the Cisco Commerce Website SN checker. They call it CISCO QUALIFIED vs NONQUALIFIED memory.

ei: If I have a Cisco Original stick of memory(I'll use a UCS-MR-1X322RV-A for an example)
UCSM has the approved OEM PN(samsung/hynix ect) for the stick of memory in the catalog package. What is the real difference between the below?
OEM approved dimm, no cisco label?
Cisco labeled dimm that doesn't show on the commerce SN checker?
Cisco labeled dimm that does show on the commerce SN checker?
Thanks
