It just like without screen and without mouse.

Please help.

Greetings.

Is your KVM plugged up the USB ports on the back, or the front KVM dongle?  Please confirm if video and mouse are inoperable from both front and back ports.

If you haven't already done so, I would schedule a maintenance window, where you can do a complete power off (pull power plugs from both PSUs for a minute).

I'm assuming the CIMC based vKVM works ok?

You might want to consider resetting the BIOS/CMOS to factory defaults in the event that maybe some settings in BIOS got corrupted.  (prior to triggering this, make sure you know if you have anything set specifically for your environment (i.e. processor power saving, C states, Hyper-threading, etc)

A TAC case, and a CIMC tech support would be helpful to check logs for voltage errors, etc.

Thanks,

Kirk...

Thank you Mr. Kirk,

Our server  has just USB ports (2 USB and VGA) on the back. On the front we only have a console port.
Yes, it was done, plugged into the USB port at the back.
I have already done some maintenance as a complete power off, unplug all SAS ports, delete all RAMs and disks, but without success.
Currently, I dismount all modules in the server to clean up before trying again.
I do not know if it's really a hardware malfunction
