Cisco UCS C 250 Server

We have a Cisco UCS C 250 M2 Server which is already fitted
with 146GB 6Gb SAS 10K RPM SFF HDD/hot plug/drive sled mounted, we need more
hard disk space in the server.

Can I buy Qty.05 300-GB SAS; 6G, 10,000 RPM for the same
server or it has to 146-GB SAS; 6G, 10,000 RPM.

Typically can we mix any Qty. of hard drives ?

You could certainly mix hard drive sizes and speeds (10K-15K) within a C250. Just remember, the slower disks will always take lead as the speed indicator within a RAID set. You cannot mix different disk capacities within RAID sets, this is not allowed.
