Yes ! Have a look at

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/mds9000/interoperability/matrix/intmatrx/Matrix8.html

Not clear what you mean ? Netapp Fibrechannel, FCoE, NFS, iSCSI ? Direct attached to UCS or via a SAN; and is the SAN Cisco switch based or Brocade.

Anyway, for Netapp the answer will be yes !

Here is the Answer for your question- NetApp with iSCSI and SAN Cisco switch based.

Could you please help me here for below query.

Will it support 1Gbps iSCSI connection. And for doing this what type of cable will have to be purchase?

You should go with 10G on the server side ! 1G is totally obsolete. Netapp has different controllers, supporting SFP+ and Twinax !

Description NetApp Part No. Network Connection
2-port unified target adapter (UTA2) with field support for 16Gb FC or 10GbE FCoE and LAN (TCP/IP) protocols** X1143A-R6-C SFP+, optics not included
2-port 10Gb Ethernet unified target adapter with PCIe interface; support for FCoE and LAN (TCP/IP) protocols* X1140A-R6-C SFP+ (for use with Twinax cables)
2-port 10Gb Ethernet unified target adapter with PCIe interface; support for FCoE and LAN (TCP/IP) protocols* X1139A-R6-C SFP+, optics included

Thank you walter. We can close this topic now.
