We are planning to purchase NetApp storage and CISCO UCS in 2018, I want to know wheather CISCO UCS compatible with NetApp storage for Five Years?
Need your Best suggestions on this.

Not clear what you mean ? Netapp Fibrechannel, FCoE, NFS, iSCSI ? Direct attached to UCS or via a SAN; and is the SAN Cisco switch based or Brocade.
Anyway, for Netapp the answer will be yes !

You should go with 10G on the server side ! 1G is totally obsolete. Netapp has different controllers, supporting SFP+ and Twinax !
