Hi;
We have disc latency problem on the Cisco UCS servers. If servers connect to the netapp storage, we have a performance problem on the Cisco UCS Servers. We checked IO tools; We saw this disk rates;
Cisco UCS-->MDS Switch-->Netapp=High disk latency
Cisco UCS-->MDS Switch-->VPLEX=Normal
HP Server-->MDS Switch-->Netapp=Normal
HP Server-->MDS Switch-->Netapp=Normal
Do you have any experience about our problem?

I assume you talk about block storage, native FC protocol ?
- which OS and version
- which Multipathing
- which UCS version
- which enic / fnic drivers versions
- any error counters on the MDS ports, UCS ports
- FC speed ?
- UCS in NPV mode ?
