Connectivity between Cisco 6248 Fabric Interconnect and Brocade DS4100B and DS5000B fiber switches

First off I know very little about the SAN and it's configuration.  I am in the process of bringing up UCS chassis using a pair 6248 Fabric Interconnects.  Does anybody have any information about best practice configurations for this scenario.  I would love to be able to use FC port-channels, but not sure if I can.  Any information will be appreciated.

SAN port-channels are not supported between UCS FI and Brocade SAN switches. You will need to use individual links.

Leave the UCS fibre channel in default end-host-mode. This will connect to Brocade in the Access Gateway mode (Cisco's NPIV)
