Correctable ECC errors should not flag DIMMs as Inoperable or Degraded : CSCuw44595
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw44595/?reffering_site=dumpcr
TAC engineer claims that infrastructure AND blades have to be migrated to 2.2.7 to fix this issue !
Q. is this true, or is enough to have just infrastructure at 2.2.7 ?

Walter,
Your engineer is correct. You must upgrade both blade & infrastructure. Please review the following:
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/servers-unified-computing/ucs-manager/whitepaper-c11-736116.pdf
"Note: For this change to be effective, both the UCS infrastructure firmware including UCS Manager and the host firmware must be at UCSM 2.2(7), 3.1(1), or newer"

Please correlate the UCSM-centric firmware versions to standalone firmware versions. I have a host running 2.0(3d) or 2.0(3i) and TAC has pointed at this bug and told me to upgrade. Our current approved upgrade target is 2.0(9f) and I need to know if that will or will not include a fix for this.
