creating iscsi vnic grayed out

I am trying to creating iscsi boot but the iscsi vnic is grayed out. any idea?

Hi -
what version of UCSM do you use?
did you see this issue on one blade or all blades?
did you login to the UCSM with admin account?
is this UCSM under UCS Central registration?
Can you attach a screenshot of it?

this is ucsm 2.2(1c)
its on all service profiles and templates
yes admin account
not managed by ucs central

how come I am not able to have both fc hba and iscsi hba in the same profile? It gives me this error

I tested this with the Emulator ! it works ok ! The SP is Independent of any Hardware I/O adaptor.
I am fairly convinced it has to do with RBAC and security.
The error in the boot policy is simply a consequence of the missing iscsi Interface.
