deploying a New UCS blade from Vmware

hi, We are building a new Data center and want to automate the deployment from the hardware layer up to the hypervisor. So the hypervisor is simple auto deploy, host template and boot tp. The part I am not sure is how to trigger the Blade association on a service profile template and boot it. I know I can use ucs powertool to script the actions but how do you get them triggered from VMware (like spin a new blade from a unused pool on the ucs side when capacity usage is higher then X) Anyone as suggestions? Sounds like you are looking for an orchestration tool like  UCS Director

sort of looking for that. Since our budget is limited and we want more open source software if possible do you know if UCS central would do the trick? (UCS powertools, terraform?)

UCS Central with powertools should be able to accomplish what you want.
