direct i/o configuration error

On the vms that i am trying to enable vmfex on, I am getting this error on all the vms. I already have memory resevation and the required bios policy needd for passthrough to work. any idea?

What is the UCSM and vmxnet3 driver version ?

Have you configured any additional networking policies ?

Is it working for other Windows VMs ?

i tried updating the esxi nic drivers from 1.4.2.15a to 2.1.2.38 but still shows same error

any idea what the queue values should be for the vmware passthrough policy? This is what i am using currently which i got from this guide
