UCS 2.03a support for Windows 2012?

It appears to me that Windows 2012 isn't officially supported on a UCS B-series blade until UCS is on version 2.0(5b). We're planning to upgrade to the most recent version of 2.1 in a few months but I need to add a few 2012 servers (B200 M3 blades) and currently UCS is 2.03a. Can I relatively safely use the 2.0(5b) drivers on the Windows server even though my UCS is 2.03a?

Hello Matthew,

It might work. From UCSM 2.1, we started to support mix-and-match firmware.

You can upgrade just the infrastructure components to 2.1 version and the blades that will be deployed with W2K12 to 2.0.5 firmware bundle. This way, you can leave other blades in 2.0 bundle and stay within supported configuration matrix.
