Do Appliance Ports Require End Host Mode?

We are running switch mode, and wondering if I have to change to End Host Mode for Appliance Ports?

Hi Craig,

switch mode requirement was lifted as of 1.4 code.

With 1.4 and above you have the option of connecting

your storage appliance in "End Host" Mode.

Switch Mode connectivity is supported, although no longer a requirement.
