Expanding RAM in B200 M4

I have a handful of B200 M4's with 2x Intel Xeon E5-2697 v3's, and 256GB of 8x32GB UCS-ML-1X324RV-A. I have some spare UCS-ML-1X324RV-A that I'd like to add to one of these servers. But, any time I try to add the spare RAM to one of them, they come up with the added RAM in a disabled state. To be clear, the blue DIMM slots are full, and I'm filling up the black DIMM slots with the extra RAM.
