Trying to access our UCS Central environment and receive the following error: Failed login info: User name is longer than expected
my username is: chrodriguez.a
Something appears to not be setup with LDAP correctly and looking for fix please.
this doesn't occur when logging into ucsm.

Hello,
What version of Active Directory are you using to integrate with?
Are you using SSL?
What version of UCS Central?
What version of UCS Manager?
Do any other users with a 13 character username experience login issues?
Can other users in your AD security group access UCS Central/UCS Manager?

Try using the Netbios name on your ldap provider instead of the full name. You're likely hitting this same issue
