FC-HBA interoperability with Storage Hitachi G400

Hello community,

I need help with information, i have a HBA "Emulex LPe31002-M6-C", i need to know the release date and if possible (pdf) of the next Firmware version for interoperability (Red hat 6.9 x64) with hitachi g400.

12.0.193.13
12.0.193.22

I found a pdf, but the file was update in Nov 2019 , i need the precise date for this two firmware version.

Cntl+f for 12.0.193.13 shows:

LPe31000-Series and LPe32000-Series Firmware and Boot Code
Version:
12.0.193.13
Date  07/05/2018

I don't see a match for 12.0.193.22, which could mean it had an issue and was removed.

It don't see any reference to 12.0.193.22 in any of the Cisco Interop HCL guides.
