FEX to Blade connectivity

Hi Team

I am beginner of ucs and trying to understand the logical connectivity between FEX (Backplane connectivity) to Chassis blades.

I referred few documents from google but unable to understand the connectivity between IOM (Backplane to Blade VIC Adapter connectivity)

Can some one please explain briefly or provide the reference url.
