FI expansion module offline

We have a situation where the modules of our FI are offline, however the fixed modules are working as expected:

 The one we are worried about is the FC one that has the backup storage connections

When checking the UCSM, it appears as "operable", but we are fully aware it's not because all the storage paths through it have failed:
