Firmware upgrade from 3.2(3) to 4.1(3m)

I have done all of the system health checks and started the firmware upgrade, but seem to have gotten stuck while doing the fabric update. The web interface is down, but when I cli to fabric a and b, they both show the updated version of 4.1(3m).

What am I missing here?

We determined the issue was due to a keyring cert that was created incorrectly.

Hi @ITDEPT0014 

1. Can you SSH to the manager VIP?
2. What does the output of show version look like. This will list the UCS Manager version.
3. How did you perform the upgrade? Individual manual components (manager, then IOMs then FIs) or Auto Install? 
4. Can you share the output of "show faults | grep -v Clear" via https://pastes.io/ (a popular pastebin alternative, or a similar service that you prefer - I prefer that, than potentially very long text output)
