FSM ERROR IN CISCO UCS Code: 1000227

Hi, 

I have two UCS 6248up FI switches connected to the 3 HyperFelx UCS 240M5 nodes. For some time now I have noticed that the FAN LEDs are off. In addition, I have this error message:

Fault Code:F1000227. Message. [FSM:FAILED]: sam:dme:EquipmentLocatorLedSetFiLocatorLed. Explanation.

Has anyone ever encountered and solved this problem.

Kind of sounds like an older bug, https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCux19514, but I doubt you are running that older code in combination with M5 hyperflex nodes.

Probably want to let TAC take a look at the UCSM and chassis logs.
