Hi to all,
We recently joined in cisco services.
We are assigned a project to create new workflows and tasks in UCSD based on customer requirements .we don't have any programming background ,so may I know what would be the best place to start our work like what languages to learn or software architectures to learn?
Thank you

We currently make use of Javascript syntax (you make see referenced as CloupiaScript) to create custom tasks is UCSD. If you are looking at creating custom southbound integrations (to support infrastructure UCSD currently doesn't support) we have a Java based SDK.
A couple of links that you might find useful;

Hi Robert ,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you tell the difference between using cloupia script and java sdk?
Any trainings that point us to architecture of UCSD so that we wil understand integration with API better?
Thank you
