KVM form UCSM to a C240?

I am running UCSM 2.1 (3a) and this only has c240's connected. Does the KVM work the same here as it does on Blades? I am unable to connect to any of the Servers. I can ping the IPs from the mgmt pool. looks like it is about to work but finally comes back with cannot connect. No Ports are blocked.

These are the first set of c class we have usually work only with Chassis' and blades and have not run into this issue before. So wondering is there a diff with these being C Servers as opposed to Blades.

Did UCSM made a successful discovery of your c-class servers; e.g. does the inventory shows all the relevant information ?

If you can ping the CIMC IP address, I would try to do a CIMC restart !

Hi Dan,

Is this a new environment?

Was this working before?

Can you confirm that there are not duplicate CIMC IPs? If you server has a service profile with a management IPs also check if that ip in not being used by another device.
