Can you capture a screen shot of the fault or the faults details from the CLI and attach it there.

as well as a capture of the backup jobs.

One quick thing you can try, if its for a back job which is still present in the UCSM: try to delete the job and this should clear the fault. You can then re-create the job once the fault is cleared.

Hi florent,

In UCSM the faults are not cleared untill the condition causing those faults are not cleared. I would advise you to look at the reason for the faults and resolve those which will clear the faults.

Thanks!

Ok, thanks for responding.

i'm ok with your answer but some faults are not cleared.

As a example, there is a critical fault concerning a backup that is not perform.

Fault Code:F999723

But now the backup is working correctly.

thanks

Thanks Abhinav,

The fault has been cleared, when i deleted the backup jobs.

So i thinks i must parse all the faults.

Thanks a lot.

Florent

Good to know it worked for you
