I wanted to manually upgrade the cimc and bios for a remote m5 server (actually a L3 APIC). IN the past, you could mount the huu~iso and extract the bios and the cimc firmware with a GETFW tool included on the HUU disk. I just downloaded ucs-c220m5-huu-4.2.3e.iso and I find that the tool isn't there. Anyone know why that changed? I realize that Cisco would prefer to use the virtual KVM, but I don't have a lot of BW to do graphical interface type stuff.

If you use a utility like 7-zip, you can unzip the ISO, then the ucs-c220m5-huu-4.2.3e\ucs-c220m5-huu-container-4.2.3e.squashfs file.
Inside you will see a number of subfolders, specifically ../firmware
that includes a bios and cimc folder with .bin files you are probably looking for.
