Hyperflex deployment using 1GB port on uplink switch

Folks,

Is it possible to deploy Hyperflex utilizing 1GB port on uplink switch ?

Let say we deploy port channel on FI (4 x 10GB) to the uplink

What traffic are you expecting to traverse that 1 Gb uplink? GuestVM traffic? Mgmt traffic?

While most of the hyperflex data flows are designed to be switched locally at the FI, there are a number of scenarios where the traffic will need to be switched on the switch above the FIs in order go between the FIs, and to the DG for the various Vlans.

What kind of switch do you have the FIs connected to?

I tought HX installer only work with 10GB uplink during deployment

It will be nice if it can be deployed using 1GB uplink

Main consideration is bottlenecking when one FI failed

The uplink switch is 3560 I think I will utilize port channel as well
