I have issue with Cisco UCS M3S , no SAS Disks detected

Hello Guys

Pls Find Many Attachments

I m trying to install ESXi 7.0 but no Disks Detected eventhough the Disks online and VG , created with RAID 0

Kindly help me to solve this issue

Make sure you disable the Onboard/SCU software raid settings, as that is the option rom you are seeing loading that says 'no disks found', and is also not supported with VMware.

The 2008 controller is the one you have connected to your drives, and should have the option rom load (with a ctrl+h), that does show the drives.

That looks to be a 3+TB virtual drive, so you will need to use UEFI mode to install.

Make sure your boot config is set to use UEFI mode, and that when you boot with F6 boot menu, you choose the UEFI KVM-DVD
