Hi,
You can raise a TAC case and they will assist with password recovery process.
Or, if you have not ever logged in with the superuser account, you can use it to login and reset the password.
username: superuser
password: d3m0n0w
From this login you can go to Users > User Accounts , right click on 'admin' and select 'Edit' to reset the password.
