Greetings UCS Community. Somewhat new to UCS system and have had to do extensive troubleshooting to get our Fibre Channel SAN talking to our FIs. I was wondering if our 6248 FIs support the use of FCPING or FCTRACE to the upstream FC switch we connect to? Which happens to be EMC 5300 units. Our "lab" system is a 2 chassis UCS 5108 system equipped with 2108XPs and 2 6248 FIs with two 8G uplink ports apiece to 2 Brocade 5300 FC switches. Wanted to be able to "ping" the targets on the northbound side of the Brocades.
