I'm using MAC OS and seeing different error message "Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed". This error message is seen in both latest and Java 7 u21 release too.

Exception details shows:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Non-Java exception raised, not handled! (Original problem: Attempt to insert non-property list object {
    "https://172.27.136.185<a29906d2>" =     { }

Any pointers to launch KVM in my system, would really help. I'm stuck for more than 2 weeks now :-)

Thanks in advance,

Suresh.

Suresh,

 I understand that you are unable to launch the KVM console from your Mac
OS box.  Could you try disabling OSCP and CRL and then launching the KVM
again?

Finder ->  Applications ->  Utilities -> Open Keychain
Access

Under Preferences there, click on Certificates, then
turn OSCP and CRL off.

are you using Safari or any other browser?

Hi SK,

I'm using firefox 33.0.3 version.

I didn't find OCSP or CRL in key chain access.

I unchecked "Query OCSP responder server" in Firefox -> preferences -> certification.

I still see the same error.

Thanks,

Suresh.

UCS c220 M3

Firmware CIMC version is 1.5(4)

I'm able to download the JNLP file and open it using JRE. After accepting all security related queries, finally I see "Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed" thrown by Java program.

Due to my MAC OS, launching KVM console failed. I'm able to reach KVM box from my MAC machine due to local security settings, KVM failed. I will work with MAC experts to resolve it.

When I download KVM launcher from Safari, I can launch KVM using JRE. It looks like some firefox settings preventing to launch KVM.

Installing Java 6u18 instead of 8u361 solved it in my case
