LOM NICs disabled after adding VIC 1225 to C220 M3

Hopefully, this is a simple issue. I'm working with several C220M3 servers where we have installed a VIC 1225 in each server. The VIC is configured and working. We have a requirement for a 1gb NIC and would like to use one of the two built in NICs (LOMs), not interested in using the VIC's 10gb pipe for this requirement. These are no where to be found in BIOS, I understand that VIC cards disable/replace some of the onboard components. I've been unable to locate these LOMs in UCS and could use some guidance with specifics.

Thank you in advance.

Andrew

Are you doing UCSM integration?  If so, this is expected behavior.

If you are not UCSM integrated, then check the CIMC web interface, BIOS, advanced settings, and check to make sure the LOM ports are enabled in the PCI-E option ROM section.

Thanks,

Kirk.
