Max core Supported on UCS C 260 M2

What is max number of Core supported on UCS C260 M2 ? I heard that max, you can support is 2 CPU per 10 core which makes it 20 core . Is that correct ? Do we have replacement of C260 M2 if we want to support more than 20 Core per server ?
