Hi,
We have M3 b- and c-series servers and would like to refresh the hardware with M6.
I understand that M3 and M6 in the same UCS domain won't work as there is no common firmware version, correct? M6 required 4.2 or higher, which does not support M3.
We are considering implementing M6 c-series in standalone mode, migrating the VMs to these, pulling any M3s out of UCSM, upgrade UCSM to 4.2 and then add M6 blades.
Any thoughts or better approaches?
